North Coast Music Festival can be bittersweet, as it signals the last warm days of our fickle Chicago weather. For those that love their House music, you already know to hit up the festival’s Heineken House Dome that Labor Day Weekend.
In the midst of so many official afterparties, the one you probably don’t want to miss is Sunday’s “Battle of the Beasts” at the very beautiful Transit Nightclub in River North. Made up of three rooms, the main floor headlines some pretty big House legends: Farley Jackmaster Funk vs. Jesse Saunders, Gene Farris vs. Gene Hunt, the Chosen Few’s Wayne Williams vs. Alan King, and Andrew Emil vs. Czboogie. The other rooms will have Trap music and more to be announced.
