Downtown Chicago comes alive with the sound of House Music first and third Fridays throughout this Winter and Spring. That’s when Wired Fridays, presented by the City of Chicago’s Department of Cultural Affairs and Special Events, takes flight in its cold weather home (the Chicago Cultural Center at 78 E. Washington) for some good-time vibes and noontime dancing from 12pm to 1pm.

As you may have seen in the billboards around town (or here!), Wired Fridays has a dynamite line-up for the Winter & Spring of 2016. And it doesn’t get much better than the one coming up this Friday February 5 2016 – Chicago House Music legend, Prescription Records co-founder and one of the baddest DJs alive, Mr. Ron Trent.

Wired Fridays line-up for the Winter and Spring continues with Steve Mizek (February 19), Scott Silz (March 4), Mia Wallace (March 18), Lori Branch (April 1), El Caobo (April 15), Maurice “Ice” Culpepper (May 6) and KStarke (May 20).

Wired Fridays is held first and third Fridays from noon to 1pm and admission is free. Information about Wired Fridays and all of the year-round programming presented at the Chicago Cultural Center and other venues can be found at chicagoculturalcenter.org and cityofchicago.org/dcase, by phone at 312.744.3316 or on Facebook (Chicago Cultural Center, Department of Cultural Affairs and Special Events), and on Twitter and Instagram, @ChiCulturCenter, @ChicagoDCASE (#WiredFridays).
