Ryan Sadorus: The 5 Mag Cover Mix Issue 220
Detroit's BerettaMusic co-founder with a two hour live set exclusively for 5 Mag readers.
Ryan Sadorus is the co-founder of BerettaMusic, a fixture in Detroit and one of the most discerning tastemakers in the global house music scene.
Founded in 2002, BerettaMusic has acted as a kind of gateway for finding and nurturing new talent alongside records from industry mainstays — artists like Seth Troxler, Luke Hess and Ryan Crosson appeared on Beretta long before surfacing on the rest of the industry's radar. That ability (a superpower they used to call "A&R") and Ryan Sadorus' ear for talent has made Beretta one of the most consistently superb labels in the scene.
Beretta has hit a second stride in the last few years, with releases from Dez Andres, Nic Joseph and several records from Sadorus himself. His latest is Hot In The D featuring a remix from Delano Smith, out now.
