Crew Love member Navid Izadi died in a plane crash on Sunday, according to a report by CBS Los Angeles. Izadi was among five people in the Cessna plane who perished when a wing clipped a parked car near John Wayne Airport in Orange County, California. Tragically, his mother was also one of the passengers who died.
Navid Izadi had released records on Soul Clap, Wolf + Lamb and Hector Works – the Back To Acid EP with fellow Bay Area producers Anthony Mansfield and Tal M Klein (aka “AM/TM”). In addition to a lengthy list of wholly original productions his voice had featured on Pillow Talk’s “Too Long” among many others.
