Is there a mixer from the original disco era who works harder than John Morales? I’m sure I’m missing someone, but aside from Jellybean I can’t think of anyone who is still a musical force in the contemporary music scene than the indefatigable mastermind of the M+M Mix.

John Morales’ fruitful relationship with DJ Spen’s Quantize Records continues with a new album. All Q’d Up Volume II (you can read what we said about Volume I here) features three new covers, including “I’m Giving All My Love” with Natasha Watts, “Was That All It was” with Thommy Davis ft Richard Burton and a new track from the Morales + DJ Spen frankenstein monster “Spencer Morales” with Tina Marie’s “I Need Lovin’.”
