Our friend Alexander aka Lay-Far has been quiet but not inactive, the calm as the acclaimed Russian producer (and 5 Mag cover model from the Summer of 2016) prepares the way for the baptism of his next studio album, War Is Over.

In the interim, the first two singles have featured vocalist Stee Downes and now showcases the soulful vox of Pete Simpson on the glittering new single “Be The Change,” out now on Lay-Far’s In-Beat-Ween.

Particularly noteworthy here is a stripped-back and minimal-ized remix from none other than Kid Sublime and a jazzy bonus track “Sweet Mess.”

“Be The Change” is out now and available on Bandcamp from the label, Juno to pay the vig to a vinyl middleman and Traxsource for a digital one.
