More on the progressive tip than straight-ahead House, this track exhibits some interesting arrangements and genuinely uplifting vocals from the singer Cheyenne. The mix has a lot of bells and whistles which makes it a little too progressive for my tastes. From what I understand, this artist and the producers he works with are putting together a number of different sounds. This isn’t really the type of dance music that 5 Magazine covers but the talent is definitely there, and I’d be interested to hear other things they have up their sleeves.
