DJ Motion: “Extranatural Notions”

This three song release by DJ Motion features a pretty wide range of sounds. “Born in Summer” is a classic jack track – perfect for the lull between two crowd slayers, it’s simple, direct and to the point. “Cloudsplitter” is more atmospheric with a bit of a latin vibe – while the drums are strong (I really like the drums on all three releases), it’s definitely a laid-back tune. “The Moment” on the other hand is pure modern funk. If you asked me, I would have guessed that all three of these tracks were done by different producers, or at least released by the same producer several years apart. I’m not sure if this is for sale yet or if it will be – Google turns up zero hits – but I’d pick it up.
