Mark Grusane Releases MGM Edits Vol 2

Mark Grusane of Mr. Peabody’s is on a hell of a roll, with the Space Mountain 7″, Stand Down 12″ and the long awaited follow up to the MGM Edits.

Originally released back in 2015, MGM Edits Vol 1 was raw and unrestrained, captivating with three untitled tracks one can only assumed were mined from his legendary archives. Vol 2 similarly eschews titles. The Side A track features gorgeous ’80s soul synthesized into ecstasy with the addition of a heavier than heavy bass. The more chill Side B track is soulful beyond belief, with thin synthesized drums and some really chill fretwork.

I just assume these records are out of stock before I even listen, but keep your eyes peeled…
