A crazy freaky 2-step monster, this mysterious track still runs shivers up my spine. Skeletal and plucked strings on Cloud 9’s “Rule My Mind” conjure a sinister but alluring vibe, with a subtly that was almost unheard of in 2-step and UK Garage. Apparently the only release from “Cloud Nine Records” and distributed as far as an arm could reach, original pressings of “Rule My Mind” fetch a fair dollar if you can find any.
