Just announced: several of the headliners for the 2015 edition of North Coast Music Festival, the three day event that traditionally marks the end of Chicago’s festival season with the Union Park festivites and a flurry of afterparties over Labor Day Weekend.

D’Angelo and the Vanguard and the Chemical Brothers will be joined by another headliner yet to be announced. Also on the bill are Tycho, The Roots, Booka Shade, Galactic with Macy Gray, Gold Panda, Green Velvet, Quantic, and more – see below for the line-up that’s been announced so far.

The North Coast Music Festival is a stop on what’s anticipated to be one of the biggest tours of D’Angelo’s career, on the back of the critically acclaimed Black Messiah album (and the thousands of bootleg edits) released late last year.

The 2015 edition of the North Coast Music Festival takes place September 4, 5 and 6 in Union Park; tickets are on sale now at northcoastfestival.com.
