Actor and former So Solid Crew lyricist Ashley Walters has announced he’s developing a new show set in the UK Garage scene of the ’90s and is asking for people’s memories of the times.
Walters (who records under the name Asher D) posted on Twitter that he wants “memories about the scene – records stores, mad nights out, pirate radio, which of you broke all the rules to be a part of it… We wanna know it all!”

“What we’re really after is the flavour of the 90’s!” the site reads, “Detail, detail, detail, the more the better.” And apparently, no spec scripts, which they advise they’ll trash without reading.
