John Beltran remixes “Windows” from C-Pull & Natalia Kissoon

Soul with a bit of a Latin swing to it, “Windows” is the new single from American producer C-Pull, London producer Nigel Hayes and vocalist Natalia Kissoon.

The original has an unmistakable permanence — hooks that are polished to a blinding shine by Kissoon’s rich voice and delivery that is positively Ella-like. You can almost get a whiff of the islands in Nigel Hayes’ bouncy and sunny remix.

The one and only John Beltran delivers a remix deeper and dubbier than you would have thought possible. Steely percussion crashes and flies with a bassline like a steady drip. What he does with the vocal is otherworldly. This is a phenomenal release.
