Shaun J Wright Launches Smartbar Residency

Chicago’s Smartbar nightclub has announced a new addition to their 2020 residencies.

“What It Is…” is a new event series from Shaun J Wright. The inaugural event takes place on February 7 with special guest Josey Rebelle.

Chicago’s Shaun J Wright is a producer, DJ, vocalist and all-around party impresario. Shaun founded Twirl! with Alinka, which began as a party and evolved into a creative partnership encompassing music production and 5 Mag fave record label Twirl.

“What It Is” will start out as a monthly residency that seeks to “marry classic house/techno offerings and the genres’ present-day creations.”
