COVID isn’t over but it might be soon, and for the first time in a year it feels safe to make some long-term plans.

With that in mind, this year’s 51st State Festival has set a date, secured a location, booked some guests and appears to be All Systems Go for Saturday, August 7 2021 at North London’s Trent Park.

51st State Festival will boast of seven arenas altogether focusing on Soul, Disco, Funk, Deep House, Garage, UKG and 2step, dancehall and more. Among the headliners announced this far are Masters At Work (who recently made a little annoucement…), Body & Soul (François K, Joe Claussell & Danny Krivit), Hannah Wants, Roger Sanchez (classic house set), Mark Knight, Todd Edwards, Dreem Teem (DJ Spoony & Mikee B), Dimitri from Paris, Brand New Heavies (live), Barbara Tucker, Anane Vega, House N’HD (Mike Dunn & Terry Hunter), Matt Jam Lamont, House Gospel Choir (live), Dave Lee, Charly Black (live), Bobby & Steve, Amine Edge & Dance, The Heatwave, Wookie, Todd Terry, Ratpack, John Morales, Jocelyn Brown (live) and more.

Among the arenas are:

Founded in 2015, 51st State Festival “has been joining the dots between seminal figures in dance music culture and the new generation of artists pushing the movement forward today.” Through it’s focus on the founding fathers as well as new artists, 51st State boats of being “amongst the most diverse and inclusive festivals in the UK.”
