Congratulations to Jamie 3:26, who after playing for famed Paris nightclub Djoon on and off for 9 years has now been named an official resident.

Jamie’s infectious spirit, his inimitable style of being able to seamlessly surf from new songs to classic cuts and everything in between has always made him people’s favorite DJ. Last year when I visited Paris I got to experience first hand Jamie working his magic on an overseas crowd. People were going nuts over his set.

Djoon is world renown for over 10 years for its deep and soulful vibes. They have brought everyone over from Louie Vega, Kerri Chandler, Theo Parrish, Chez Damier, Joey Negro and too many more to name.

Jamie will be in illustrious company with the club’s current residents, which are DJ Reverend P (formerly of Animal House and first Frenchie invited by Louie Vega to play Cielo,) Afshin (the club’s founder,) Boddhi Satva & Ivan Diaz with their Ancestral night representing African music under all its many forms, House dance icon Tijo Aimé, singer Sly Johnson & record seller DJ JP Mano, Greg Gauthier and his Dance Culture party and most recently German House genius Borrowed Identity.

Co-owner Adrien Assadian says, “He has a very contagious energy when he plays, we rarely see that many smiles on the dancefloor. Uncle J clicked with our crowd right away, and even when he’s not here most of our artists still play his stuff so he was definitely the first name that came to mind for a new residency.”

Besides playing Djoon, Jamie will also be playing for The Djoon Experience Boat Party at Suncebeat in Croatia, and he’s headlining the The Djoon Experience festival in Sicily.
