Paxahau, promoters of this May’s Movement festival in Detroit have announced Phase 1 of their 2014 event line-up and it’s everything you’d hope it would be.
Among the Detroit mainstays, it’s great to see Anthony “Shake” Shakir back in the line-up, and the same sentiment holds true for Richie Hawtin and the Octave One family performing live. (And among the non-Detroit artists in this wave, a live performance from disco outfit Escort is a nice touch.)
Movement 2014 is being held at Hart Plaza, Detroit May 24, 25 and 26. Tickets are available from movement.us.
