Following the suicide of frontman Keith Flint on Monday, the Prodigy has announced the cancellation of all forthcoming Prodigy shows “with immediate effect.”
Flint was found dead in his home in Dunmow, Essex in the United Kingdom on Monday. Band member Liam Howlett confirmed on the group’s instagram account that Flint had committed suicide.
The Prodigy had announced a fairly massive Spring tour throughout America, starting in Jacksonville on May 3 and including dates in Dallas on May 5, Terminal 5 in New York on May 16 and at Chicago Open Air on May 19.
The Cause London is throwing a fundraiser in honor of Flint, with a JustGiving campaign for those who can’t make it, with “100% of ALL profits, tickets AND bar revenue will go to charity. 50% to Mind in Haringey and 50% to The CALMzone.”
Following the tragic death of Keith Flint all forthcoming Prodigy shows will be cancelled with immediate effect.
