On Sunday August 27th as part of the 4th Annual House Music Block Party, 5 Magazine along with Amanda Talavera (Lovebug) will be helping curate the tiny oasis known as the Love & Boogie Disco Hut.
The actual block party, presented by Undaground Element and S&S Records will be held for 2 days on August 26th and 27th, with 3 areas of music each day.
The Disco hut will feature DJs Andrew Emil, DJ Lito, DJ Purple, Julio Bishop, Madjazz, Redux, Shazam Bangles, Vince Melo, Vybes as well as a tag team set with Lovebug, Groovin’ Kiki and Czboogie.
The block party will be held at 4500 S. Western Avenue between 12pm-10pm and has free admission, although donations will be accepted.
