The West Town Chamber of Commerce has announced the dates and headliners for this year’s West Fest Chicago street festival and their Chicago House DJ stage, taking place July 7 through July 9.
This year’s festival headliners include Nikki Nair and Anna Morgan playing b2b on Friday July 7 on the Bass By The Pound stage, Mark Farina on Saturday July 8 and Derrick Carter on Sunday July 9.
This is Derrick Carter’s 15th year headlining West Fest.
Presented by the West Town Chamber of Commerce, West Fest takes place on Chicago Avenue between Wood and Damen (1800 – 2000 W. Chicago Avenue) starting Friday July 7 at 5pm until 10pm and Saturday and Sunday July 8 and 9 2023 from 12pm to 10pm. In addition to the Chicago House DJ stage (whose full lineup is TBA), there’s also live music programmed by Empty Bottle Presents, neighborhood retailers and restaurant vendors, local fine artists as well as “Kid Fest” and “Pet Fest.” There is a suggested donation of $10.
The West Town Chamber of Commerce is also presenting two other festivals this summer, Do Division (June 2-4 2023) with headliners W.I.T.C.H., Dan Deacon, Bobby Oroza, Jesse Royal and Vundabar, and Dancing In The Streets (August 4-6 2023) with headliners Magic Bus, Wood Street Bloodhounds and Afro Dead with Rock & Rye.
