San Francisco’s legendary Wicked crew convenes their annual gathering this weekend, taking place at San Francisco’s The Foundry.
Wicked 33 & 1/3 is this Saturday October 26 2024 with featured DJs Tony Humphries, Markie, Ernie Munson, Jenö and Tranquil Elephantizer.
We will be starting off the night by showing an exclusive selection of Ron Ciron’s early 90s video footage that includes Wicked, Full Moon parties, Come-Unity and more, all set to a classic Wicked dance music soundtrack. Come early to enjoy the trip down memory lane.
The event doubles as a record release party for Tranquil Elephantizer’s stunning white label “Surrender Remixes,” featuring what is billed as Tony Humphries’ first production on vinyl in over a decade in addition to a Wicked Sound System Remix. Copies of the vinyl will be on hand at a reduced price “in support of the Wicked heads who have been coming out and making it Wicked for 33 years.”
