This was on the shelf for awhile, inched slowly toward vinyl release and was well worth waiting for.

And just how ON is Alton Miller right now? The Chicago/Detroit producer has released more great tracks in the last 3 years than most producers have in a lifetime. We’re making some room here as one always must for great records and this sultry two track deep EP on Ricardo Miranda’s Noble Square is a great record.

For lovers of vocals and songwriting and arrangement, vocalist Bo gives a tremendous performance on the title track, which has a sticky chorus you won’t be able to get out of your head. The more uptempo “Sweet Love” is ear candy for lovers of soul music and a real showcase for Bo. Ricardo Miranda turns down the lights on his remix of “Sweet Love,” creating a slow groove with dazzling arabesques of sound racing around Bo’s voice.
