What can I say? Spoken Word meets Deep House! You can enjoy this one on the dancefloor as well as in your iPod. Andre Harris is a master when it comes to soulful House productions, if you haven’t figured it out by now. The Sunset EP is “musical therapy”: it relaxes your mind but moves your soul! This EP comes complete with a DJ friendly tool kit: accapellas, dub and vocal mixes, and a reprise mix (my fave) that builds anticipation throughout. A bonus track is included, “All I Want”, which DEFINITELY makes this EP a “must-have”. Think about the familiar the sounds of Joey Negro, Blaze, SalSoul, and Mousse T, then top it off with that driving “Boom Boom Room” intensity, and voila!!
