Amsterdam deep house duo Dam Swindle have announced the forthcoming release of Open, Dam Swindle’s first album since 2018’s High Life.

>Open, which will be released on May 30 2025, is being preceded by a new single called “Girl” featuring vocalist Faye Meana. Listen above or get it here:

The collaboration with Meana is one of several collaborations on Open, which features artists Haile Supreme, Samson, Ric Wilson, Joep Beving and LYMA:

“The new album sees the acclaimed duo dive far beyond the deep sonic waters they’re most known for, exploring lower tempos, synthwave, hip-house, and ambient across fourteen tracks. With a gestation period that traces back several years, ‘Open’ is their most intimate and personal body of work thus far, birthed during a time of self-reflection away from touring and personal transformation as individuals.”

Open will be released on May 30 2025 on Swindle’s own Heist Recordings.
