The neo-disco of Kiki Kyte’s “Disco Chick” gets a rubdown from legit disco mix legend John Morales in another sterling release from SedSoul. There’s nothing but love here: the original broke a few boomboxes when it came through in August 2016 and the remix pack is even better, I’m happy to say. John Morales’ instincts for this are never suprising but still staggering, especially when you take into account his ability to pull the slightest thread out of a track and build a luscious disco symphony out of it. The remixes are big, seriously big. And I wasn’t that familiar with Kiki Kyte, but her vocal shines.
