Grammy nominated producer and DJ and Chicago’s heart and soul Terry Hunter has a new package of remixes out in promo release.

The seven remixes showcase his remix work on “Claudette,” the latest single from Ralf Gum’s Progressions LP, featuring the vocals of Monique Bingham. The Terry Hunter Remixes are in promo release now and will be followed by more remixes of “Claudette” by Ralf Gum and Freerange Records’ Jimpster.

Progressions, Ralf Gum’s fourth studio album, charted at #1 on iTunes in South Africa on its first day of release. “Claudette” is a tribute to Claudette Colvin, a Montgomery, Alabama teenager who was arrested on March 2, 1955 for refusing to give up her seat on a segregated bus. The incident took place nine months prior to Rosa Parks’ act of civil disobedience gave rise to the Montgomery Bus Boycott.
