If the title wasn’t a clue, “The Dark Side” is DARK, animated by a growling electro nite-lite bassline and studiously constructed rhythms architected by Mr. Clark. This is 3am music for nightcrawlers and navigating dangerous night drives.
On the flip is a remix from fellow Detroit soul ADMN, who roughs it up with a churning groove and bionic techno effects that will make you feel the strobe before you see it.
