Erica Synths is the force behind Kontaktor 2019, a live electronic music festival located in Riga, Latvia. The festival will take place on May 31, 2019 at a former cotton warehouse at the Riga Commercial Port.
“The program will celebrate forward-pushing live electronic music — ranging from left-field techno, seminal electro, to nonconformist industrial, bizarre noise, adventurous dance music and everything in between,” according to a release.
Talent added so far includes Detroit electronic music godfathers AUX 88, Emptyset (UK), Banyek (Hungary), Tatsuja Takahashi (Japan), MonoB vs Noroe (France), Nene H (Germany) and Latvian artists asterisk untitled, Echochorus, KODEK, Multilux, SKD and Wickiss.
